Of pale blue cotton, the princess style dress features a center panel of narrow stitched-down pleats edged by scalloped-edged borders with cutwork and embroidered white wildflowers and leaves, with ruffled matching collar and with double-tiered sleevelets and double-tiered lower skirt, each with further cutwork and embroidery. The construction is duplicated at the backside, along with a row of self-covered buttons and hand-made buttonholes. For 26"-28" child doll. 17" overall length. 7" shoulder width. Excellent condition. Circa 1900.
