Description
15" (38 cm.) The flannel-covered white bunny with amber glass eyes and stiffened ears has removable head for use as candy container; and is attached to a silk wrapped frame with decorative brass bells upon which a bisque head boy with blue glass eyes is standing, wearing ivory silk sailor costume, and holding silk reins. Arranged on the frame behind the boy is a silk covered paper mache egg with decorative silk flowers which separates to also be used as candy container. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1890, a delightful luxury candy container in beautifully preserved condition.
