18" (46 cm.) All-composition with socket head, blue/green sleep eyes, lashes, open mouth, two upper and two lower teeth, tousled light brown lambswool wig, five-piece composition body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsy-Ann Pat. #1283558. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1932. Value Points: wearing original tagged white cotton dress with blue polka dots, matching onesie and cap, socks and shoes, heart bracelet. Included is children's book "Patsy Ann, Her Happy Times" by Mona Reed King, Rand McNally, 1935
