All-composition with socket head, sculpted short reddish hair in bobbed style of the 1930s, brown sleep eyes, real lashes, closed mouth with rosebud shaped lips, five-piece composition body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsy-Joan. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1932. Value Points: wearing matching white cotton dress with blue polka dots, matching hat, white cotton onsie, socks and shoes. The costume is tagged Effanbee Durable Dolls.
