11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with outlined lips, two porcelain upper teeth, tongue, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition bent limb baby body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: B made in Germany 6 237 JDK Jr. 1914 c. Hilda ges gesch N1070. Comments: Kestner, circa 1915, their registered "Hilda" model, this being the smallest size of the model. Value Points: beloved character is very precious size with finest bisque and painting, original wig, pate, body, and factory-original baby dress, kidskin slippers, carrying silk flower.
