Description
4" (10 cm.) 6" and 7" l. Each of the intricately woven baskets has rectangular box shape, center arched handle, and double-hinged lids at the top. The baskets were offered in Parisian doll shops as accessories for dolls, and were exact miniature models of lady-sized market baskets of the era. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885.
