7" (18 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso with oversized head and bald pate, painted round pale blue eyes with white eye dots, black pupils and upper eyeliner, rosy button-shaped nose, inverted V-shaped lips, sculpted white smock, jointed bisque arms and legs, sculpted pink slippers with ribbons, original paper bib. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Copyright by Chas. Twelvetrees Hebee-Shebee Trademark (original paper label). Comments: Germany, designed by the American illustrator Charles Twelvetrees, circa 1920s. Value Points: rare to find original paper label, fine quality of painting.
