20" (53 cm.) Rose-tinted poured wax shoulderhead, blue glass inset eyes, lightly inlaid brows, tinted eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast expression, inserted tendrils of blonde wig, softly-stuffed muslin stitch-jointed body, poured wax lower arms and legs, bare feet, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, thumb tip worn away on right hand. Comments: English, attributed to Montanari, circa 1875. Value Points: most pleasing rosy complexion, original body.
