Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG (head) Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'Honneur (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: pretty wide-eyed bebe has original body and body finish, original wig, and is wearing antique mariner costume, leather shoes signed Alart, and has leather sailor cap with gilt lettering H.M.S. Star.
