10" (25 cm.) One-piece bisque head, torso and legs of chubby toddler, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, sculpted blonde hair with forelock and side curls, painted side-glancing googly eyes, curly upper lashes, small comma-shaped brows, button-shaped nose with nostril accents, closed mouth with thin-line impish smile. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: the character imp "Peterkin", Fulper, circa 1918. Value Points: rare to find Fulper interpretation of the beloved character, wearing original knit swim suit.
