Stuart's Take
When I first saw this doll in a small collection in Tacoma, WA I thought it was a rare brown complexioned K*R 101. Imagine my surprise when I got in closer and realized it was a Gebruder Heubach. I honestly can't recall ever seeing this model with this complexion prior.
