Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Marion Kaulitz, circa 1908, her character dolls were presented at a special exhibition in the Tietz Department Store in Munich in that year celebrating the new movement of dolls with realistic character expression; each was made in her own studio and are very rare to find. Value Points: especially rare black-complexioned dolls with very fine detail of sculpting especially around her eyes and cheeks.
