Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows with feathered details, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, French composition body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A 4 (head) Bebe Le Parisien Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1890. Value Points: wide-eyed child with charming shy expression, wearing store-original (frail) aqua silk dress with lace trim, matching ruffled bonnet, undergarments including factory chemise, socks and shoes.
