Description
10" (25 cm.) h. x 12" w. Tin biscuit box with embossed detailing is decorated all around as a gingerbread house with Hansel and Gretel theme, having wonderful fantasy decorations and unusual cookie-shaped shingles. One side of roof hinges open for access to interior, and the front side has dimensionally arranged scene of interior with wicked woman and the two children. Excellent condition. Unmarked, likely English, early 1900s.
