Description
7" (18 cm.) bank. Each is tin with pressed and colorfully printed designs, including German tin bank (when lever pressed, eyes close and tongue sticks out for placement of a penny, with message in English), marked Made in Germany; noisemaker bell depicting vaudeville star with straw hat (when lever squeezed at the back his face drops and the bell rings), marked DRGM; similar squeeze toy of man with bulbous eyelids and movable lips which open and close when squeezed; and two unusual googly-eyed faces (when string at base is pulled, the eyes amusingly revolve). Very good/excellent condition. Circa 1920s.
