Description
11" (28 cm.) h. x 9"w. The wooden framed vitrine with filigree gilt metal overlay has curved front glass and glass sides, its interior fitted with rose velvet upon which is resting a gilt ormolu frame with tufted rose silk cushion and lush ormolu decoration including leaves, sunflowers and pair of doves. A wax orange blossom corsage rests upon the cushion. Excellent condition. French, circa 1880.
