Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass spiral threaded eyes with darker rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig, pierced ears. Sonneberg composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 204. Comments: Bahr and Proschild, circa 1885. Value Points rare tiny size of the early Sonneberg doll in look-alike French bebe manner.
