13" (33 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, paper mache torso and legs posed seated on wooden bench of swing, jointing at shoulders and bisque lower arms holding swing ropes, nicely costumed. Condition: bisque excellent, body has some repairs. Marks: F.G. 1. Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value Points: charming presentation, especially pretty Gaultier model face.
