15" (38 cm.) Felt swivel head, pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, dark eye shadow, arched brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, brunette wig in coiled side braids, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (original paper label ink lettered BD 13) (and original wrist tag indicating costume of Ciociana region in Italy). Comments: Lenci, circa 1938. Value Points: pristine original condition, the doll is wearing vibrant original felt regional costume and coiffe.
