Description
Including The Little One Book of Games and Paper Dolls, 1912, which is presenting the company's line of clothing for boys and girls in the guise of paper dolls or by showing the children in the company costumes while they are playing games such as Hot Buttered Blue Beans (otherwise known as Hide and Seek); the catalog is in pristine condition. Along with 1920 Catalog of Dean's Rag dolls and toys; two 1930s/1940s era catalogs of the Ideal Doll and Toy Company; and five catalogs (1915, 1922, 1925, 1928 and 1940) of the Connecticut-based firm of Braitling which advertised itself as "the only factory in the world built and equipped for the manufacture of Dolls' Shoes", but also offered doll wigs, balls, kid arms, and socks. Excellent condition.
