7" (18 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig in hip-length braids, peg-jointing at shoulders and hips, shapely legs, bare feet, antique lace costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: for the French market, attributed to Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: rarity factors include swivel neck, original wig, and bare feet which enhance the especially choice bisque.
