Bisque socket head, dark blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows with enhancing decorative glaze, rose blushed eye shadow, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded and outlined lips, dimpled chin and philtrum, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks. Bru JneR 12 (head) Bebe Bru No. 12 (body). Comments: Bru, era of Girard, circa 1892. Value Points: finely-painted features with excellent modeling, original signed body and body finish, antique undergarments.
