14" (36 cm.) All-composition with socket head, painted hair with long forelock curl, painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes with long side lashes, button-shaped nose, closed mouth with downcast lips, five-piece composition body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Skippy c. P.L. Crosby. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1935. Value Points: the little imp wears antique green cotton romper suit in sailor style, along with "Skippy Racer Club" badge, and vintage (worn) pencil case included.
