Long blonde hair with rolled curls at shoulders, blue eyes, freckles, coral lips, twist 'n turn body, bendable legs, wearing sun suit with orange and aqua polka dot top, matching striped pants, aqua flat shoes, and red plastic visor with aqua scarf ties. Excellent condition. Mattel, Quick Curl Skipper, 4223, or 1973, in "Jeepers Creepers" ensemble, #1966, of 1969, the ensemble was also offered in red and blue.
