22" (56 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, large blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mohair lashes, incised eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils of rounded nose, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, impressed dimple in center of bottom lip, four porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 5689 10 Heubach (sunburst) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: rare model especially in this large size, complemented by choicest bisque, sculpting and painting, mohair lashes, original body finish, antique mariner costume.
