21" (53 cm.) Burgundy-brown hair in elaborate coiffure waved away from her face and captured in a rhinestone-accented black snood, hand-painted facial features including brows and lashes. Wearing white lace and satin dart-shaped tutu, tulle neckline and shoulder guards, multi-layered tulle skirt overlaid with beautiful Alencon lace and trimmed with embedded rhinestones and bouquets of colorful silk flowers that are repeated at her throat, satin panties, blush net stockings, pink ballet slippers, crown of starched lace trimmed with rhinestones and seed pearls. Excellent condition. Alexander, 1951, original Fashion Academy gold foil tag. This extremely rare model from the Mystery Series is in wonderfully-preserved condition.
