Paper mache shoulderhead, black painted hair in short curls, painted facial features, very dark blue eyes, tinted brows, closed mouth, slender kid body, wooden lower arms and legs, painted yellow shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: charming childlike presentation of the early paper mache with original finish, lovely antique costume.
