Description
12" (30 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, chubby face, brown side-glancing googly-like eyes, brown upper lashes, grey eye shadow, rounded nose with accent dots, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig in short curls, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent, some light fading on green felt. Comments: Lenci, from series 111 doll, late 1920s. Value Points: wearing original organdy dress with unusual tiers of scalloped-edge ruffles overall and applique of felt flowers, organdy undergarments, green felt shoes, and wide-brimmed pink bonnet with green felt streamers and flowers.
