14" (36 cm.) x 10" box. The wooden box has lithographed paper cover with colorful scene of a busy kitchen on the lid, with tiered interior and original arrangement of porcelain dinner service with gilt edging and rose pattern design, comprising ten dinner plates, two covered tureens, two footed bowls, gravy boat, two relish dishes, two round platters, six goblets, napkins tied with green ribbons, six spoons, ladle. Excellent condition. French, circa 1890.
