14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown sculpted hair in short curly bob with blue hair band tied with bow at the side of head, intaglio painted blue side-glancing eyes, closed mouth with wide beaming smile, row of tiny beaded teeth, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7763 Heubach (square) Germany (head) (Holz-masse stamp on body). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910, the model known as "Coquette". Value Points: wonderful modeling includes sculpted cheek dimples and eye crinkles, original signed body with original finish, factory-original chemise.
