Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) h. buffet. Of sturdy wood, with stylized carving and details in the classic Art Nouveau flowing lines, the set has original rose painted finish and is richly decorated with carved floral details outlined in gold and magenta. The set includes buffet with various shelves, niches and drawers; cupboard with mirrored door (piece of trim missing on top edge); settee, one arm chair, and three side chairs. Excellent condition except as noted, original finish is well preserved. Germany, circa 1890.
