29" (74 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, small blue glass eyes with enamel threading and darker iris rims, dark eyeliner, mauve blushed eye shadow, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, separately-modeled pierced ears, brunette human hair wig, French kid poupee body with shapely torso, gusset-jointing at hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 9. Comments: French, Pierre-Francois Jumeau, circa 1870. Value Points: finest bisque and painting of features, especially mauve blushing, on the classic portrait lady, wearing lovely antique burgundy silk gown with velvet embroidered apron, undergarment, stockings, shoes.
