Solid domed bisque socket head, sculpted hair with forelock curl, small blue glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, lightly-tinted brows, open mouth with sculpted tongue tip at lower lip, row of porcelain upper teeth, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, antique costume. Marks: Germany 926 1. Comments: Germany, mystery maker, possibly Porzellanfabrick Mergensgereuth. Value Points: rare model enhanced by very fine quality of bisque and sculpting, enchanting expression, original body and body finish.
