Of light wood with ebony black edging and having lithographed paper covers in vibrant colors depicting birds perched amidst a garden of flowers; the lithographed designs are on the sides as well as the front. Included is buffet with lower cupboard and printed clock, single door armoire, sofa with crested bird at center back and green velvet upholstery, round pedestal table, oval pedestal table, and five chairs. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885, rare and especially well-preserved ensemble.
