20" (51 cm.) Socket head with firmly pressed and oil-painted complexion and facial features, shaded blue/grey eyes, brown and black upper eyeliner, short stroke brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with pensive expression on lips, short blonde boyish wig, all-cloth slender body with stitch-jointed shoulders and disc-jointed legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 28727 Kathe Kruse (left foot). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1950. Value Points: fine original finish, wearing wonderful original Tyrolean costume with embroidered detail, woolen leggings with tassel edging, leather shoes.
