Description
29" (74 cm.) with horse, 12"h. 7 1/2"w. The very sturdy milk wagon with original cream, green and gilt painting has stenciled decorations and advertises Golden Pasture Farm Products, with very thick wooden spoked wheels and is being pulled by a solid wooden horse which propels forward on a cast iron wheel and has original label of Jacrim with horse image. Designed as a riding toy, the wagon has a steering handle on the roof by original label "Drive 'em Horse and Wagon, Jacrim, Boston". Curiously, the wagon has a stenciled sign "Danger" on the back gate. Excellent condition, original finish with minor rubs. Jacrim Mfg., Boston. mid-1920s.
