Paper mache socket head, painted facial features, brown eyes with black outline, feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with row of teeth, dimpled chin, brunette mohair wig, five-piece paper mache body. Condition: very good, original finish with typical scuffs. Comments: French, circa 1910, the bazaar-quality doll wears his original Scout costume including linen shirt, velvet pants, stockings, laced shoes, blue scarf, belt with attached bell and rope, and cap. Value Points: rare-to-find doll with original costume.
