18" (46 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with plump facial shape and delicate pink-tinted complexion, cobalt blue glass enamel eyes, black eyeliner, lightly fringed lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented full lips, unpierced ears, blonde lambswool wig over cork pate, softly stuffed kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips and knees, porcelain arms to above the elbows, sculpted curled fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Leontine Rohmer, circa 1860. Value Points: fine luminous porcelain accented by brilliant eyes, beautifully sculpted hands, fine antique costume.
