Description
12" (30 cm.) Each is a one-piece bust posed on pedestal base depicting a thoughtful young girl, serious in her work at hand; one with long flowing blonde curls, her head bent as she studies the ABC book in her hands, and the other with light brown hair having forehead bangs and long curls at the back tied with a yellow bow, her head bent toward the embroidery in progress which she is carefully stitching, each with sculpted costume, painted facial features, intaglio eyes. Generally excellent, stitching girl has professional restoration on one hand. Germany, circa 1900.
