12" (30 cm.) Solid domed porcelain shoulderhead, with porcelain lower hips, and lower arms and legs with bare feet, cloth midriff and upper arms and legs, painted bright blue eyes, feathered brows, closed mouth with hint of smile, brunette mohair wig, antique green velvet costume. Condition: generally excellent, some light rubs on facial painting. Comments: Germany, circa 1875. Value Points: unusual early variation of taufling baby.
