Description
6" (15 cm.) Each has bisque shoulderhead with blonde sculpted hair and painted facial features, cloth body and bisque lower limbs with painted ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: the boy and girl are wearing original folklore costumes, each with wooden shoulder carrying bar on which is balanced basket of flowers, and each has very distinctive and unusual woven headware of their region.
