Each is an all-wooden figure depicting the lead characters of "Bringing Up Father" comic strip series, including Maggie with carved topknot, and Jiggs with cigar, each with original painted finish and carved facial features, original costumes. Condition: structurally excellent, original finish albeit darkened, costumes dusty. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1920. Value Points: unique modeling on the characters are apt renderings of comic strip drawings.
