Description
12" (30 cm.) All wooden doll, swivel head, painted and sculpted hair and facial features over gesso undercoat, short blonde sculpted curls, painted blue eyes, painted brows and upper eyeliner, closed mouth with center accent line, shapely torso, dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, metal hands and feet, painted black ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Mason-Taylor, circa 1880. Value Points: fine original condition of the early American doll.
