Bisque shoulderhead of adult woman with slender face and throat, blonde sculpted hair drawn from face and captured under a green painted snood with purple lustre and feather edging, painted blue eyes with unusual black outline, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line, slender kid body with wooden lower arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent, some patches on kid body. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: well-detailed and rare hair style, lovely painting of eyes, antique costume.
