8" (20 cm.) Ash blonde wig with bangs and long braids, bendable-knee walking-style body. Wearing red plaid sleeveless dress and matching panties, white pique flared coat with red plaid buttons, white pique tam with plaid pom-pom, socks, cream suede-like side-snap shoes, woven purse with embroidered detail. The costume is tagged "Alexander-kins by Madame Alexander Reg. US Pat Off. NY USA". Near mint condition. Alexander, 1956, the rare doll was likely a store exclusive as it did not appear in the Alexander catalog, beautiful rare coiffure and rosy cheeks.
