19" (48 cm.) All-wooden doll, carved socket head, large deeply-intaglio blue eyes with pronounced white eye dots, black upper eyeliner, tinted brows, closed mouth with serious expression, accent line between the lips, original brunette mohair tacked-on bobbed wig, all wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, original finish with paint ding on nose and lip. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan 17th, 1911 US & Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, their 308 model, circa 1912. Value Points: fine original finish is well-preserved with very fine sculpted detail of eyes, wearing original Schoenhut cotton dress, undergarments, stockings and shoes.
