13" (33 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, softly blushed cheeks, closed mouth with hint of smile, original blonde mohair wig in elaborate original coiffure, cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointed hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1860. Value Points: petite poupee with wonderful charming expression, wearing early day gown with elaborate embroidery and cut-work, undergarments, leather slippers.
