The colonial style wooden two-floor dollhouse with connecting staircase on left side, has open back for play, six rooms, ten windows with clear non-glass panes, two chimneys, and an elaborate front with four pillars supporting an upper exterior balcony. The house has stenciled finish to simulate walls and shingled roof, and the interior rooms have printed details. The house has original label of Rich Toys on right front corner.
