3.5" (9 cm.) Each is all-bisque with nodding attached head, and with uniquely sculpted and painted head and costume to match the comic strip character. Included are Aunt Mamie, Rachel, Avery, Mr. Bailey the Boss, Doc, Lord Plushbottom, Uncle Willie, Ching Chow, Mr. Wicker, Lillums, Ambrose Potts, Daddy Warbucks, Fanny Nebb, Mushmouth, Pop Jenks, Uncle Bim, Delong Jones and Little Egypt. Excellent condition, few minor typical paint rubs. Germany, circa 1920, the 18 characters include many very rare examples.
