Bisque shoulderhead, brown glass sleep eyes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, kid body with gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, bisque forearms. Mark: E made in Germany. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: the closed mouth lad has original sturdy body, wig, pate, and wearing antique black velvet Sunday best costume.
